  1. Fill the captcha code and submit:
    After filling the form completely, enter the captcha code and click on “Submit”. After this your complaint will be registered. You will receive the registration number of the complaint on your mobile.

How to check the status of the complaint?

To know the status of your complaint, go to the “View Grievance Status” section of the website.

  1. Click on the link given on the homepage.
  2. Enter the registration number and your contact number.
  3. Enter the captcha code and click on “Submit”.

After this the status of your complaint will be visible on the screen.
